LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking qualified part-time Contractor Instructor Pilots (CIP) for the MH-60S Weapon System/platform training at Naval Station (NS), Norfolk, Virginia.

Essential Job Duties: Conduct simulator training, ground school training on the MH-60S aircraft systems and operating procedures including briefs and debriefs. Assist in the development and maintenance of flight related curriculum including: Instructor lesson guides, Simulator Scenarios, Master course schedule calendars, computer based training, instrument ground school, and other curriculum tasks as designated by the Site Manager. 

Qualifications:  A CI Must be or have been an MH-60 Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified pilot within the previous (5) years or a MH-60S simulator instructor within the last (5) years. 

Certifications:  A CIP must successfully complete the MH-60S Open book, Closed book, oral and boldface exams and annually renew NATOPS qualifications with a NATOPS qualified Naval Instructor.  A CIP must demonstrate an understanding of the MH-60S missions, crew procedures, tactics and threat systems/tactics.  A CIP must successfully complete the Government provided Helicopter Instrument Ground School (HIGS) during the first year of employment and every five (5) years thereafter.

Secret Security Clearance required.

Education: Bachelors Degree. Must have a minimum of 800 hours aircraft flight time as a pilot in a MH-60S helicopter and have at least one flying fleet deployment.
