As a Resource Planning Consultant, you will be supporting a variety of Workforce Management functions for Specialty Operations to ensure appropriate staffing by department. Additionally, the Resource Planning Consultant will create and maintain reports/data. This role allows you to promote a positive work environment, perform as a team member, and initiate suggestions to continually improve process and protocols related to workforce management for Specialty.
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling in Verint for multiple locations.
* Assisting with forecasting, scheduling, and managing all activities within multi skill/multi-site environment.
* Analyzing workflow data to create and implement recommendations to improve contact center quality, efficiencies, and effectiveness and assure service levels goals are met.
* Intraday and real time monitoring of production and schedules.
* Researching and support various Workforce Management duties and reports as needed.

Monday - Friday 10:00 -6:30pm EST
Monday - Friday - 11:00 - 7:30pm EST

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with Statistics and Workforce Management
* 2+ years of experience with Verint, IEX or other scheduling software
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
-Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
-Must be self-motivated with a strong, positive, confident attitude
-Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
-Excellent problem solving
-Must be able to work within a team environment
-Ability to work with and create spreadsheets
-Ability to learn new software or methods of communicating metrics and performance
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities

Education
-Verifiable GED or High School Diploma required
