The Senior Administrative Assistant for Operations and Business Development will work closely with office Buildings and Places Practice leadership in support of both operations and Business Development. Operational support functions will be coordinated with the Architecture and Building Engineering Practice Leaders.
Business development activities will function to liaison local office Program Managers and Business Line Leadership to Regional Marketing and Business Development staff

Responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:
  • Prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, resolves expense report enquiries, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies
  • Organizes and maintains local business development documents
  • Assists program managers and technical staff with resume and client proposal preparation
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals
  • Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work
  • May direct and lead the work of others

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 6+ years of applicable experience
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other team members and disciplines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Graphic design capabilities
