Capital One is looking for many successful, motivated Unit Managers that will be responsible for directly managing associates within various areas of Bank/Card Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a team environment through coaching and development that promotes the highest level of service to all Capital One customers, departments and branches to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Drive team performance and deliver on critical performance measures including team productivity, efficiency, staffing and quality
- Deliver performance feedback, including performance appraisals, developmental action plans, performance improvement plans and disciplinary action
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement to ensure a quality customer experience
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with individuals at multiple levels
- Lead small process/project initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- At least 1 year of bank/card operations experience
- Bilingual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule:
General hours of operation are 8am 9pm, 7 days a week. Schedules typically include five working days with two consecutive days off and may include some weekend work.
