Description
US Card Customer Management Business is seeking an associate to contribute to strategy execution and delivery for the business. This job provides the opportunity to be an integral part and display strong ownership of a business-critical process while applying both technical and relationship management skills. The individual will partner closely with the business analyst and process manager community on the development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of our strategies.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing thought leadership in the data infrastructure space for campaign execution.
- Providing vision & leadership in support of customer management data projects, processes, analysis and reporting.
- Supporting the day to day implementation of marketing strategy.
- Identifying analytic and strategic needs, developing solutions, and coordinating their execution.
- Providing technical mentorship for Data Analysts/MIS Analysts.
- Managing a segmentation execution team consisting of DA's and/or Contractors.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience programming.
- 2 years professional experience conducting data analysis.
- 2 years experience with SQL/UNIX/Teradata.
- 2 years experience with Excel and Access.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teradata experience (Certification preferred).
- Experience with data architecture and data stores/warehouses, Affinium Campaign and db2.
- Strong quantitative /analytical skills, strong innovation, problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills, ability to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple/concurrent projects. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with previous management/supervisory experience.
- Collaborative partnership skills for working with various points of contact and teams in the department.
- Ability to help influence & guide management to achieve end-state process needs.
