Summary

Supporting U.S. Department of State Domestic Security Installation Services (formerly STOS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to manage, supervise and coordinate the activities of call center professionals in providing customer related services.

2. Ability to plan and supervise changes and manage the activities of the call center.

3. Ability to monitor service requests to improve the quality, minimizing errors and tracking operative performance.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with all project stake holders and handle complicated customer inquiries or complaints.

5. Ability to maintain a current knowledge of DS security systems and CMMS work flows and procedures.

6. Ability to adhere to and manage project scope, schedules and budget.

7. Ability to work independently, identify and manage project risks.

8. Ability to effectively manage resources.

9. Ability to record statistics, performance levels and user rates of the call center and prepare reports.

10. Ensure that all persons on-site adhere to all DOS policies of conduct and behavior.

11. Extensive domestic travel required.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Technology Management or Project Management, or four progressive years of relevant work required.

Computer Skills

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:

Secret clearance required, plus ability to obtain Top Secret.

Must be certified in Softwarehouse.
