Summary
Supporting U.S. Department of State Domestic Security Installation Services (formerly STOS).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. The STAC Call Center Agent should have impressive telephone etiquette, great communication and keyboard skills as well as the ability to work with others in a close manner.
2. They must be able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally and have the ability to handle diverse people.
3. The STAC call center agent must maintain a current technical and troubleshooting knowledge of DS security systems.
4. The STAC call center agent must maintain progressive knowledge of the CMMS work flows and procedures.
5. Extensive domestic travel required.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant work experience required.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
Secret clearance required, plus ability to obtain Top Secret.
Must be certified in Softwarehouse.
