We are seeking a recent college graduate (or college graduate with 2 years of experience or less) to fill a Senior Research Analyst position in our Falls Church, VA office
The Senior Research Analyst will assist with consulting projects by performing research and analysis to support Lewin's consulting work with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and other federal clients. The Senior Research Analyst may also support consulting projects for state governments, health plans, associations and foundations, and hospitals and health systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with intelligent people on important policy issues in a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Conducting literature reviews
Preparing information for client on-site visits and calls
Scheduling and coordinating projects
Contributing to reports and proposals
Assisting with business development
Skills / Requirements
Chosen candidates will possess:
An interest in the health care field
Bachelor's degree with coursework in health care policy, economics and/or management. Excellent academic record.
MS Office proficiency
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Statistical and quantitative analysis experience and software familiarity
Experience working in the health care field desirable
