Description
Summary:
Be part of the Consumer Banking business team as we build out a robust investment portfolio management process. The Investment Management function will be a critical component in enabling both short and long term goals for not only the Consumer Bank, but the Retail Banking segment as a whole.
The Investment Management process team will own building out and optimizing the entire portfolio process from Ideation to the start of delivery.
The process will be critical to help the Consumer team identify the most valuable ideas and shape them for delivery.
We are looking for process development and improvement experts that love process and take great pride in finding a better, quicker, higher quality ways of doing business. People who know how to embrace the chaos and create order.
Responsibilities:
- Define investment management process expectations and design processes to deliver at or above expectation
- Set process team strategies and long term goals; align team to department imperatives
- Lead a team of process engineers; develop and coach people's skills and results
- Build relationships among diverse teams and resources; building buy-in on proposals
- Drive team to use traditional process methodologies to understand, analyze and identify process improvement
- Define future state with clear documentation/controls and perform change management
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years Process Management
- At least 2 Year People Management experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- 3+ years in Banking / Financial Services
- Degree in Business, MIS, Process Management, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics
- At least 7 years of Process Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
- Problem-solving and integrative thinking skills
- Good communication skills across functions, ability to successfully negotiate and influence amongst peer group and one/two levels up in the organization.
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to build and leverage relationships
- Process Management certification a plus
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
