Description
Job Title: Sr. Mgr, Direct Mail Operations Manager

Accountable for the operational oversight of multiple suppliers in the delivery of business-critical operations for direct marketing production. Understands the objectives of internal customers and develops and implements operational strategies and monitors the ongoing performance against objectives. Develops skills of team to leverage strengths and fill gaps to address performance and risk areas.

Responsibilities:
- People Management and Process management
- Propose and implementing new operational strategies within the supply chain.
- Coach agencies on tactical, operational and strategic improvements and influences agency performance as a result. Translate COF business strategy into an operational strategy for agencies
- Assess and manage supplier performance

- Establish a strategic vision with extended operations partners

- Reporting, analysis and communications related to operational performance

- Leads process design and analysis projects

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 2 years of experience in Operations management in customer relations, collections, telesales, etc. for a large business (outsourced teams of 100+ FTEs)
- 5 Years of experience in Direct Mail Production/Operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma, Lean, PMP
Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in Management of vendors in an outsourcing arrangement, in the areas of customer relations, collections, telesales, etc.
- 5 Years of experience in Direct Mail Production/Operations
