Description
Set small business branch role expectations, associate lifecycle intent and serve as advocate representing field needs.

Key accountabilities

-Create and manage role ownership for small business roles within the branch

Define associates expectations and performance standards

LOB owner for associate lifecycle starting from hiring profile

Serve as SME on roles and provide sales intent for Small Business initiatives

Be advocate representing challenges impacting associate's ability to achieve Small Business sales performance and determine appropriate actions

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of formal, hands-on experience with multiple, moderate-to-high complexity projects and/or operational processing functions.
- 3 years of experience with guiding/leading teams in making major changes to operations, preferably within the banking/financial industry.
