Description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Brand Manager with consumer insights, product development and integrated marketing strategy experience. In this exciting role, you will drive brand metrics by developing consumer-centric marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing great ideas built on consumer needs, a proven ability to define a framework approach, and experience directing marketing agencies to bring ideas to life in an integrated fashion across both new and proven channels.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business analysts to develop platforms and bring new products to market, including positioning, claims, branding and marketing strategy

- Participate actively in consumer research and innovation engagements, building product and marketing ideas based on new territories and insights

- Direct ideation sessions with agencies and develop insight springboards and concept statements based on output

- Develop strategy briefs and lead work through agency partners, representing consumer target and needs balanced with business strategy

- Manage and consolidate input from cross-functional stakeholders (business partners, creative teams, legal, compliance, etc.)

- Create recommendations for new media ideas and strategies/testing options

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree

- 5+ years of experience with Multi-Channel marketing strategy and communication

- 5+ years of experience in leading creative teams and agencies, promotions, event management, advertising, corporate marketing
- 4+ years of experience in leading Cross-functional teams within an organization, partnering with consumer research and development organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar field
- Financial or other service-related marketing experience
