Description
Capital One is seeking a Brand Associate to join our Bank Consumer Loan Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing for new Bank lending initiatives, serving as a liaison between our business partners and the creative production team. As such, you will translate and communicate business intent in a directive manner that the Creative team can act on, oversee the creation of any resulting requests and ultimately ensure that said business intent is correctly applied/maintained throughout the process. Also manage multiple projects while maintaining expectations from multiple stakeholders, help develop process improvements, adhere to tight timeframes, and manage through issues.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving effective marketing communications strategies across multiple channels for Bank Consumer Lending:
- Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement powerful integrated marketing strategies across Lending products, leveraging mass media, branch marketing, digital and direct marketing channels
- Lead the development and implementation of Retail Mortgage Consultant marketing
- Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as updating branch collateral, ensuring that loan customer servicing and fulfillment correspondence is on brand and revisions to disclosures,
- Stay abreast of competitive offerings in the consumer lending space
- Partner on market research initiatives to improve creative development and sales/service tactic.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Market Research, Legal, Marketing & Analysis and others

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of brand or marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively lead and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams

- Experience supporting a sales organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point)
