We are a growing diversified financial services company with one of the most recognized brands in the world. We are currently looking for a Compensation Program Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for key compensation programs; such as retention, severance, equity and the associate stock purchase program. The incumbent in this role will develop monthly metrics for the Compensation Leadership Team to monitor progress and influence strategy; will provide program and equity analysis for Sr. Executive Leadership, including the Board of Directors and CEO; and will manage agreement development, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on equity, retention, and severance programs.

Other responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Provide analytical support for compensation programs to include analysis of complex data to support smart and timely business decisions and recommendations regarding cash and equity compensation programs

- Provide program administration and support for severance, retention, and special incentive bonus programs; including, developing award letter templates, processing new awards, coordinating award payouts and cancellations, reconciling data, program tracking and monitoring, and providing participant and internal HR partner support

- Perform internal audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory agencies

- Interface with payroll, accounting, legal, communications, and other departments to ensure proper implementation of compensation programs and to resolve issues

- Benchmark industry compensation standards against objectives and goals of company's compensation programs and provide supporting analysis

- Contribute to the participation of compensation program survey data

- Assist in the preparation of compensation materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board

- Assemble department compensation program metrics on a monthly basis

- Recommend process improvements to maintain and support the successful development and execution of programs and policies

- Assist management with miscellaneous ad hoc analyses and reporting

- Other duties as required

To be successful in this role, the incumbent must possess strength in the following areas:

- Data analysis, problem/ issue resolution, and project management

- Heavy experience with spreadsheet or database applications

- Ability to work under strict timelines and maintain attention to immaculate detail

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- 2 years analytical experience

- 2 years of experience in PowerPoint and Excel; High level of proficiency in both

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business
- 5 years analytical experience in HR, Accounting, Finance, or other related business function

- 1 year of experience in Process or Program Mgt
