We are a growing diversified financial services company with one of the most recognized brands in the world. We are currently looking for a Risk Monitoring and Program Analyst to provide key process management, risk assessment, and analytical support within the Compensation Shared Services group. The incumbent in this role will ensure the delivery of critical risk management, monitoring and compliance, federal regulation adherence and acquisition integration initiatives.
Other responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement monitoring framework to support critical compensation processes
- Develop and support cross-functional processes to support line of business incentive compensation plans
- Develop Compensation related policies and internal department procedures in support of regulatory guidance, internal and legal requirements
- Develop and provide quantitative analysis and reporting to support the successful development and execution of programs and policies
- Conduct research regarding federal guidance, legal and accounting regulations, etc. pertaining to compensation
- Leverage risk, compliance, and process management knowledge to formulate ideas and recommendations on future initiatives and programs.
- Assist in the administration and reporting of compensation programs and provide support to other team members on compensation related activities and projects as needed.
- Collaborate and communicate with Compensation Consultants, Corporate Planning, Risk Management, and other key stakeholders
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 years HR, Risk or Process Management experience
2 years of experience in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
5 years of experience in HR or Risk Management
- 1 year of experience in Process or Program Mgt
- BPM certification
