AMC s Multi-Channel Integration Suite features an open architecture that easily and seamlessly integrates customer relationship management (CRM) applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle s Siebel, PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite CRM, with contact center solutions from Aspect, Cisco and Avaya, including the Nortel family of products.

AMC is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will serve as a technical liaison, supporting the sales effort by assisting with technical pre-sales discussions, performing implementations, including configuring and demonstrating CTI and multi-channel CRM solutions to customers, then transitioning accounts to support team.

The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contact Center solutions, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Salesforce, or Oracle, a solid understanding of telecommunications features and functions for various platforms, and experience analyzing and presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required skills include:

Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Technically savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn the AMC product suite

Ability to multi-task and effectively work in a team environment

BS/BS degree or 5+ years work experience in a computer related field

Worldwide travel required, up to 85%
