Software Engineer

AMC s Multi-Channel Integration Suite features an open architecture that easily and seamlessly integrates customer relationship management (CRM) applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle s Siebel, PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite CRM, with contact center solutions from Aspect, Cisco and Avaya, including the Nortel family of products.

AMC is looking to expand our team of Software Engineers. The successful candidate will be working with our current team of engineers to enhance the functionality of AMC's core products, prototype new software components and provide technical support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with advanced technologies to build robust products for some of the largest companies in the world.

Position requires practical experience with C/C++ and C#; first-hand experience with Microsoft COM and multi-threaded applications; knowledge of .NET Remoting and/or Web Services. Familiarity with CTI and CRM solutions - especially Siebel, SAP and/or Salesforce - is a plus. Candidate must possess BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
