Description
Capital One's Global Finance team is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead and implement business process improvement initiatives and to provide coaching to Process Owners to facilitate development of a process-oriented culture. We need associates with experience leading large-scale change efforts, and with a strong process background (significant experience in facilitating large cross-functional process improvement efforts, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) from problem definition through implementation of improvements
Coach & teach associates and leaders on process improvement methodologies

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Finance or Economics
- 2 years of experience in Process management
- 2 years of experience in Project management
- Certification or significant work experience with Lean methodology, and Six Sigma Green Belt or above certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Process management
- 5 years of experience in Project management

- 2 years of experience in People management
