Summary:

This is a key role that will lead the redefinition of the Contact Center Sales position and the determination of responsibilites, required tools, etc. The individual in this role will function as a SME on the Contact Center Sales role at Capital One Bank and will lead other special projects specific to that function as needed.

General Responsibilities:

- Delivery of projects on time, on budget and with high quality
- Jump-starting and guiding regulatory solution implementation projects using a best approach and following corporate standards/best practices for Project and Program management
- Leading collaborative efforts within Capital Ones Banking business to develop best solutions that balance both compliance business needs
- Communicating and influencing at all levels throughout the business across the Banking business and the Risk Management infrastructure within Capital One
- Directly or indirectly managing associates

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- At least a Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of formal, hands-on experience managing multiple, moderate-to-high complexity projects or programs
- 3 years of experience with guiding/leading teams in making major changes to operations within the banking and/or financial services industry
