Overview:

The Senior Manager of Branch Sales Technology will join the Consumer Sales and Service organization that supports customer-facing roles in the branch network to drive greater sales productivity. With an aggressive agenda to grow revenue from the branch network, Capital One Bank branches will need game-changing technology to support the business results. As the owner of sales intent, this associate will partner with field representatives, project teams, and change management resources to ensure that critical sales practices are supported by optimal technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Understand business intent and its connection to frontline sales strategies
- Define requirements for systems that will ensure effective use by frontline sales associates
- Ensure delivery of systems that are aligned to sales intent
- Represent sales intent throughout the life cycle of system development, delivery, and maintenance

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years work experience in retail sales-related capacities
- Minimum 3 years of experience having sales accountability across multiple retail locations
- Minimum 7 years of experience in using frontline sales technology to support either Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Service, or Outbound Calling

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Experience as a project team member implementing systems that support sales productivity
- Experience leveraging reporting to drive sales results
