This high profile HR position will partner with senior leadership and other HR professionals to provide cutting edge, proactive HR expertise for the Retail Branch organization. One must be comfortable leading strategy development by having a "seat at the table" with the business.

Demonstarted strong HR skills are a must.

These include conflict resolution, influencing the executive/team through coaching and relationship management, performance management, benefits and compensation communications, and implementing talent management tools designed for determining performance and high potential associates.

Provide strategic HR consulting to one or two sales client groups (led by VP/MVP). Manages core HR processes (e.g., performance management, organizational design & effectiveness, talent planning) for Sales Business Unit.Participates on cross-functional business initiatives/projects, lending expertise on people related matters. Partners with corporate team to resolve escalated HR service issues/questions (e.g., payroll, compensation, benefits).
The perfect candidate will have generalist experience in a Sales Culture (Bankers) in a Financial Services Institution, preferably a Bank, but will also consider high volume, fast paced, progressive sales environment/culture.

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Consulting to senior leaders of assigned client groups
- Coordinate HR work streams on key business projects (integrations, redeployments)
- Coordinate HR processes for business line (performance management, all associate survey)
- Partner with associate relations specialist on AR escalated issues
- Handle escalated HR questions/issues regarding compensation, benefits, or other HR services

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 Years experience in Human Resource Generalist

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience in Project Management
- 5 Years experience in Corporate Work Environment
