Senior Associate, Financial Analysis
The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing financial support to various teams, including analyzing current financial results to identify and address evolving business issues and opportunities; processing monthly Actuals for multiple LOBs; coordinating and collecting input data from different departments, checking data integrity, summarizing and converting data, running models; and verifying, analyzing, and communicating output data.

Responsibilities:

- Financial analysis & reporting: Accurately analyze key cost drivers and monthly variances

- Budgeting/forecasting

- Executive business presentations: Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences; clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams
- Ad-hoc requests and special projects

- Independently manage and prioritize workload

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative major
- At least 2 years' experience in Financial analysis and modeling
- At least 2 years' experience in Excel and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in financial analysis

- At least 3 years' experience with budgeting, forecasting, NPV modeling, P&L management, and/or variance explanation
- At least 3 years' experience in strategic analysis/planning

- Proven business relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong teamwork skills; ability to positively contribute to overall success of the team
