Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Skills / Requirements



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, required

  • 2+ year of business/finance analysis experience; i.e. analyzing customer satisfaction results as it related to customer service call centers, looking at the cost of handling incoming calls and opportunities to reduce that and taking care of the member as well as saving costs for business

  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint; (i.e. Excel -creating pivot tables, graphs; Access - build routine database, reporting; PowerPoint - building presentations)

  • 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices often in accepted project methodology while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines; i.e. handling process improvement initiatives, identifying trends, etc.

  • Previous experience with improvement methodologies required; i.e. Six Sigma, lean processing, etc.



Assets:

  • Healthcare insurance experience

  • Call center experience

  • Customer service experience
