Description
- Level: Call Center and Production

Answers inbound calls from customers in call center environment who have requests to dispute transactions on their accounts. Also assists customers with general account questions such as APR or credit limit, or close their account. Provides world class customer service and uses consultative sales call flow techniques to service customers. Uses a variety of systems and programs to view account specific information to use during the call, and also to document any changes to the customer's account.

Responsibilities:
- Take inbound telephone calls* World Class Customer service
- Assist customers with Disputes
- Attend team meetings
- Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 1 year of experience in Customer service

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Customer service
