Jobing Description
In this position the Regional Sales Manager will directly identify, train and manage all sales representatives (Distributors), within their specified territory. He will be responsible for specific metrics in terms of new contracts won on a monthly basis within assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible to instill company values: respect, integrity, safety, expertise, unity and positive energy in the day-to-day operations to create a professional and productive workplace.
2. Directly manage all sales representatives (Distributors), within their specified territory.
3. Be held responsible for specific quotas in terms of new contracts won on a monthly basis within assigned territory.
4. Identify, vet, train, and manage new Distributors.
5. Be held accountable for assigned budgetary metrics.
6. Serve as main point of contact from a sales perspective for all prospects, leads, existing accounts, and sales channels within assigned territory.
7. Become thoroughly adept on how to sell the UAL service line, versed in all contracts, full understanding of our clinical offering
Skills / Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor‚s Degree with 5-8 years sales management experience within the healthcare sector (preferably Pharma or Physician services).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to travel consistently throughout Virginia, DC and Maryland. 50%+
2. Ability to coordinate with other departments within the company to achieve sales goals (Finance, IT, Billing, Operations).
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong presence.
4. Posses the capability to manage and regulate the matters related to the marketing section of UAL.
5. Strong computer skills for managing data, report creation, PPT development, etc.
6. Be highly motivated, creative, and decisive.
