VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is looking for a customer-oriented and motivated individual to join our Public Release Center, in an entry level capacity, at our Arlington, VA location. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining an extensive information release database and facilitating the review process of information proposed for official public release by the Department of Defense and will act as a point of contact for DARPA personnel and contractors requesting public release review.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Responsible for receiving, assigning, entering, monitoring and tracking the technical, security, and policy review and clearance of information in a tracking system database as proposed for official public release by the Department of Defense.
? Provide direct support to the Public Affairs Specialist of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
? Communicate and collaborate daily with DARPA, Government, and industry representatives regarding public release distribution protocol.
? Search the Public Release Center tracking system database to provide requestors with the review status of their cases.
? Coordinate with the DARPA Information Technology Services for the ongoing improvement of the public release SharePoint database.
? Execute status reports for management.
? Perform daily tasks such as data entry filing, scanning, sorting and distributing mail to office personnel, and assisting in new empoyee training.
? Work on special projects as assigned by the Manager of Research Services.

Required Skills:

? BA or BS required
? Two years of work experience conducting research or library support, database management preferred.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and Microsoft SharePoint software desired.
? Experience monitoring a database tracking system
? Experience creating a database a plus.
? SECRET clearance is preferred, ability to receive a SECRET clearance MADATORY if not in possession of one
