Capital One is actively recruiting for Project Managers who will lead simple to moderately complex projects by developing and managing project plans or work stream components, to meet changing requirements. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation, manage a budget and escalate risks, as appropriate. A proven track record of strong project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work is a must. Strong communication and partnership skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 Year Project Management OR Process Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, mathematics or statistics
- PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
