Capital One is actively recruiting for Project Managers who will lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers and direct reports. Develop and manage project plans, revising to meet changing requirements and leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent. Maintain key project documentation and manage budget and escalate risks and effectively communicate to ensure delivery. Strong influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts is a must. A proven track record of strong project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. Lead a team of project managers, and have the ability to coach and develop a team of jr. project managers.Strong communication and partnership skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, mathematics or statistics
- At least 3 Years Project Management experience
- At least 1 Year People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters / MBA degree
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
