Position Synopsis Develop End-to-end processes for all custom AT&T Government Solutions services, including the Networx services. Partner with Sales, Care, Programs, Technical Product Development and other support organizations to tie existing processes together. Create end-to-end process views of all top selling AGS services. Trouble-shoot existing processes and support the AGS Service Process Improvement practice by analyzing requests and providing recommendations. Will be responsible for presenting complex processes in a logical, simple-to-use manner. Ideal candidate will know how to leverage technology to allow the user to click through a complicated process and drill-down as needed. Must be a self-starter with superior communication skills. A creative thinker with the ability to identify new ways to tackle old problems. Required Skills: 5-7 years of Process-related experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Works with little direction Must be a Team Player Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree desired Familiarity with Federal Government Contracts Familiarity with Networx Ordering Processes Understanding of SharePoint sites and able to leverage them for process-related tools
