Capital One is actively recruiting for Process Managers who will improve business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation. Day to day oversight of a process or processes with the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work and drive continuous improvement in the processes you own. Lead a team of process managers, and having the ability to coach and develop a team. Create customer satisfaction by measuring and reporting performance against defined outcomes and deadlines. Utilize process management methodologies to create the desired outcomes for key stakeholders, while working within defined timelines.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, mathematics or statistics
- At least 3 Years Process Management experience
- At least 1 Year People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters / MBA degree
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- At least 5 years of Process Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
