Description
The Enterprise Mobile team is responsible for driving industry leading engagement in Mobile for Capital One through exceptional design and usability, reaching our customers on every major mobile platform, and developing innovative functionality to simplify our customers' lives. In 2011, we will massively grow our customer relationships, create the infrastructure and processes and execute a learning agenda to enable future mobile growth.

As a Product Manager on this team, you will help lead the efforts for innovative acquisition strategies of new customers through the mobile channel. In addition you will help efforts for marketing strategies to drive mobile awareness and traffic to our acquisitions offerings. You will work closely with partners in Brand, LOBs, analysts, and external agencies to develop strategy and ideas, prioritize tests, and work with process teams & IT to implement campaigns/projects. Responsible for driving the projects, managing and resolving issues and broad stakeholder progress communication.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee strategy development, design, implementation, and results monitoring

-Be a mobile marketing "evangelist" - understand mobile marketing best practices in financial services and cross industry, understand mobile usage, customers, barriers to adoption

-Drive consumer research and competitive analysis for mobile to guide future development of capabilities and marketing campaigns

-Maintain enterprise marketing calendar and make strategic recommendations on the roadmap

-Provide stakeholder updates

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 Year experience in Project management
- 1 Year experience in Business Product development

- 1 Year experience in Market research

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Communications or Information Systems (MIS)
- Project Management and Product Management Certifications
- 2 Years experience in Project management
- 2 Years experience in Product development
- 2 Years experience in Market research
- 2 Years experience in People management
- 2 Years experience in Process management
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript, C & Java programming
- Appreciation of mobile/tablet usability
- Familiar with development of Android & iOS platforms
