Responsibilities:

Capital One's Human Resources and Recruiting organizations seek to provide exceptional talent to our business clients with flawless integration of acquired talent into the current business infrastructure and culture. Our Human Resource department works to align the company's overall organizational structure with Capital One's business priorities. We continuously strive to facilitate the effective allocation of talent throughout the company, and employ compensation structures and benefit programs that reward associates for performance and innovation.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in this process by acting as the face of Capital One to our candidate and business community. As an integral part of the Recruiting Team, they facilitate background processes that are important to the overall success of our intiatives.

The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of business intiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, executive assistants and administrative professionals
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
- Effectively sell and represent Capital One as a top employer
- Oversee travel details and communications for assigned individuals or groups.

- Prepare various materials, reports and files.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- A minimum of 1 year experience Administrative Assistant/Secretarial Support

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
- Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
