Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of Retail line of business and identify compensation solutions that drive outcomes in support of business objectives
- Provide analytical support related to the development and design and maintenance of compensation programs including, salary structures, short-term, and long-term incentives
- Assist in the analysis and development of recommendations for programs to support retail line of business in meeting their objectives and aligning to a pay for performance compensation philosophy
- Provide support to other team members on compensation-related activities and projects as needed
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 years experience as data analyst or similar role
- Ability to learn and understand deep technical information
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical experts & business customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting or economics
- 3 + years compensation experience in banking or financial services environment
- Superior skills in quantitative analysis, including advanced skills in Excel and other database tools
- Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
- Understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations
- Experience evaluating markets and trends affecting pay practices and translating these into relevant solutions
- Demonstrated collaboration skills both inside and outside of HR
- Ability to achieve results while managing details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/priorities
- Working knowledge of all MS Office applications including PowerPoint
- CCP designation
