Overview/Job Summary:
Neustar's growing payroll depart is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll for 500+ domestic employees for one Neustar services.
Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
-Review personnel data and input into ADP payroll system and PeopleSoft NeuAction.
-Maintain and updates payroll records such as W-4, state tax and direct deposit into ADP
-Answer questions and troubleshoot issues, audit and review payroll paper
-Process new hires and termination
-Process commission
-Process all Stock transactions in PS and reporting requirements
-Process spot awards
-Process manual check/off cycle check as needed
-Responsible for all Employment verification.
-Responsible for international payroll
-Transmitting payroll
-Responsible for payroll interface to vendor, 401k, medical/dental/vision
-Responsible for periodic, quarterly and annual reporting.
-Maintain spreadsheet payroll gross to net reconciliation to ADP reports
Skills / Requirements
Qualifications/Education Requirement:
-Familiar with 401k process and procedures
-Great customer service skills
-Ability to handle confidential data
-Ability to multi task
-Strong attention to detail
-Follow company policies and procedures
-Self starter, motivated, positive attitude. Works well independently and work well as a team
-Must have at least 3+ years of ADP experience
-Experience with ADP reports
-Must have at least 3+ years of Payroll experience
-Experience with Microsoft office such as excel and word
-Must be familar with current tax laws
-Prior multi state payroll a plus
