Responsible for business planning and execution for assigned center(s)
Develops and administers program budgets
Ensures delivery of contracted services against contractual obligations
Manages staff
Ensures the achievement of clinical and quality objectives
Follows through on all developmental needs of staff oriented metrics
Performs program sales and marketing activities to ensure aggressive growth of the business, markets to physicians and community and other payer sources
Participates in the development of new product lines within the HW packages
May participate in patient education if qualified
Participate in community functions (health fairs, marketing)
Performs data and information management, including interpreting and using financial data to support business planning
Scope - Often manages workflow through subordinate managers. Responsible for implementing strategies within a single functional specialty. May be expected to drive and execute work beyond the scope of their individual functional specialty through either cross-functional or special project teams. Involved in modifying and executing company policies that have direct impact on department and could have an impact across the organization.
Job Complexity - Works on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational factors. Sees that overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained.
Interaction - Interacts with senior management and/or executives regularly on matters concerning multiple departments. Influences decisions of others through effective negotiation skills.
Supervision - Directs the activities of two or more departments or a functional specialty through subordinate managers. Provides guidance to subordinate managers. Has control of planning, staffing, and budgeting.
Qualifications
Requirements: RN with Business Degree. Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building skills are required.
