Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree or comparable experience is required.
Licensures: Not Required
Relevant Work Experience:
3 to 5 years experience in managing/supervising customer service/call center functions.
Ability to communicate with provides/members and the general public by telephone.
