As a part of the Capital One Digital Customer Experience team, the candidate will be responsible for improving the online customer experience by recommending and delivering new digital marketing strategies & capabilities. The candidate will be expected to assist with the design, development, & execution of multiple digital marketing enhancement projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business customers & internal stakeholders to understand, assess, & shape digital marketing agendas
- Proactively monitor web analytics and customer feedback and recommend innovative digital marketing solutions that improve the customer experience across our digital experience
- Identify digital marketing best practices across the competitive landscape & outside of the financial services industry
- Provide customer experience and digital leadership across diverse cross-functional teams
- Ensure digital marketing initiatives are delivered with the highest level of quality and result in measurable value for Capital One and our customers
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising
- 2 years of experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Economics or Consumer Behavior
- 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising
- 5 years of experience managing and maintaining program launch processes, documentation, and budget and providing updates to key stakeholders
