Market Research Manager - Qualitative and Quantitative Consumer Research-636488
Description
Level: Manager Directs a Market Research team to meet external information needs of extended business unit. Define team goals, research strategies, and customer interaction model. Oversees communications and extend influence of team to adjacent partners and peers. Supports an LOB in identifying gaps in customer insights or competitive intelligence and recommends and approach / method to close that gap. Responsibilities: * Provide market and competitor research results to senior management, including industry trends, best practices. * Develop impactful insights that drive strategy and decision making, including leveraging and integrating primary research, multiple studies, secondary sources, and competitive intelligence * Diagnose and interpret business issues, identify knowledge gaps and obtain support from marketing and business partners for effective research and analytic plans * Extend the influence of team's communications and offers throughout the organization. Present market insights to business partners and stakeholders that drive business actions Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Market Research or Statistics * 5 Years experience in Marketing research, marketing consulting, marketing strategy or active user of marketing research * 5 Years experience in Writing/presentation, including defending research plans, recommendations and conclusions * 2 Years experience in Planning, execution, and analysis of market research across wide range of survey techniques with knowledge of sampling and statistical survey analysis * 2 Years experience in Advanced research methods such as conjoint, discrete choice, segmentation and statistical modeling * 2 Years experience in Lead internal and vendor teams in executing research and analytic projects, and managing multiple in-process studies simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: * Masters Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Sociology or Psychology * 5 Years experience in Marketing research, marketing consulting, marketing strategy or active user of marketing research * 5 Years experience in Writing/presentation, including defending research plans, recommendations and conclusions * 5 Years experience in Planning, execution, and analysis of market research across wide range of survey techniques with knowledge of sampling and statistical survey analysis * 5 Years experience in Advanced research methods such as conjoint, discrete choice, segmentation and statistical modeling5 Years experience in Lead internal and vendor teams in executing research and analytic projects, and managing multiple in-process studies simultaneously

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 Years experience in Marketing research, marketing consulting, marketing strategy or active user of marketing research
- 5 Years experience in Writing/presentation, including defending research plans, recommendations and conclusions
- 2 Years experience in Planning, execution, and analysis of market research across wide range of survey techniques with knowledge of sampling and statistical survey analysis
- 2 Years experience in Advanced research methods such as conjoint, discrete choice, segmentation and statistical modeling
- 2 Years experience in Lead internal and vendor teams in executing research and analytic projects, and managing multiple in-process studies simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
