Description
Treasury is looking for a Manager-level associate to provide project management and analysis expertise for a number of Treasury initiatives some ongoing, and some to commence in 2012. This resource will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management responsible for all projects that impact Treasury.

The responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
- Manage work across organizational lines to achieve results and manage competing priorities.
- Assist in project management responsibilities from feasibility through execution.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Plan, design and manage project plans, schedule, design, solution and implementation of new systems and processes
- Identify and communicate cross-functional impacts
- Identify issues, process improvements, and solutions
- Document business and system requirements
- Provide ongoing support for processes and systems
- Document project scope and resource needs
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of the project which includes activities, risks and issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Report on accomplishments and project status and progress weekly.
- Ensure that risks, issues, and dependencies are appropriately identified, assigned and resolved

This resource must possess comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and have demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communications skills, problem solving skills, excellent team work and collaboration skills and strong organizational skills. This resource must have the ability to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. In addition, this resource:

- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Effectively applies our SDM/PPM methodology and enforces project standards
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Manages project budget

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in a Treasury/Capital Markets arena
- 4 years of experience in supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project applications
- PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)
- Ability to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams
- Highly organized/detail-oriented with excellent problem solving skills and ability to manage within standard project management practices
