Description
The Enterprise Mobile Team is seeking a Product Manager who will be accountable for developing and delivering mobile marketing intent for mobile adoption, engagement and retention. The Mobile Marketing Product Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges skills from product, project, process, and relationship management job families. The Mobile Marketing Product Manager will partner across Mobile, Digital, Lines of Business, Brand, Operations, IT, Legal and Compliance in driving initiatives throughout the channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning mobile marketing intent, bringing together cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution and will also provide updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Partner across Mobile, Digital and LoBs to drive strategy development, marketing innovation and implementation

- Map and deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Design and deliver marketing solutions supporting, across and within the mobile channel

- Be the voice of the Mobile Business to key stakeholders to influence prioritization and implementation

- Engage in conducting consumer research to inform product development and customer experience

- Get stakeholder alignment on marketing intent, requirements and design decisions

- Support multiple marketing efforts at one time

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience in Project management
- 1 year of experience in Market research
- 1 year of experience in Process management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Communications or Information Systems (MIS)
- Project Management and Product Management Certifications

Specific experience with SEO, SEM, and Display Advertising
