Description
The Consumer Channels and Experience Team, within the Retail Bank is looking to hire a manager-level Product Manager for a new and exciting role. This team is responsible for the Bank's measurement programs, developing insights around customer experience trends/behaviors and helping drive improvements to the Consumer experiences.

The Product Manager will be responsible for improving the Bank's customer experience by leading consulting-like engagements and partnering with different areas of the Bank to drive process improvements and new capabilities. The candidate will be expected to lead specific improvement projects by partnering with cross functional teams, leveraging standard process techniques, caring for the customer experience through user-centered design, actively managing risks/issues, and providing consulting and support to our internal and external partners. The candidate is required to partner and interact well within various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading consulting-like engagements for the Consumer experience on key Bank projects
- Designing ideal-state customer experiences, mapping them and determining moments that matter
- Developing and assessing options for improving our Consumer experiences, considering multiple factors such as downstream impacts, business value and customer experience
- Educating internal customers on customer experience impacts, and helping to support them through the engagement process
- Managing prioritization of key customer experience improvement efforts with Bank partners
- Providing leadership across diverse cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 year of experience in product, process, or project management

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in banking, marketing or strategy development
