We are currently looking for a Compensation Manager to act in a lead contributory role on the development and implementation of programs and processes within the Compensation Shared Services group. In this position, the incumbent will ensure the delivery of critical risk management, monitoring and compliance, federal regulation adherence and acquisition integration initiatives. The incumbent will also take a lead contributory role in the following functions:

Responsibilities:

- Leading the development and implementation of cross-functional processes which support line-of-business incentive compensation plans

- Leading the development and implementation of a monitoring framework which supports critical compensation processes

- Leading the design and delivery of quantitative analysis and reporting processes which support the successful development and execution of programs and policies

- Providing ongoing program management and maintenance of compensation processes to include governance of LOB incentive plans

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal, legal, and accounting regulatory environment in order to recommend future initiatives, programs and process enhancements

- Providing reporting and analysis of compensation programs and processes to support compensation related activities and projects as needed.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree

- 2 years of experience designing, implementing and managing cross-functional programs/processes

- 2 years of experience in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources

- 5 years of experience in HR, Compensation/Pay Strategies, Risk Management or Process or Program Mgmt

- BPM certification
