Woodland Landing Community! Full-time with rotating schedule including weekends. Candidate must possess strong sales and closing, multi-task and organizational skills. Must have own vehicle. Binlingual (Spanish) is a PLUS! $17.75/hr

Responsibilities:
- Complies with all Fair Housing Laws.
- Complies with all Southern Management policies and procedures.
- Answers all incoming calls.
- Establishes a rapport with each future resident and all visitors.
- Determines interests and needs of each future resident.
- Leases apartment homes to future residents, and meets or exceeds application, move-in and VIP pipeline goals.
- Complete all leasing paperwork, collect all deposits and fees, and submit applications for approval.
- Develop and conduct follow up plan for future residents who do not lease on first visit.
- Responsible for submitting rental applications for approval by the Leasing Manager or Property Manager.
- Prepare move-in packages.
- Conducts new resident orientations.
- Participates in resident retention program.
- Performs various other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Conduct outreach marketing and follow up process to ensure a consistent VIP pipeline for each floor plan.
- Commitment to professional development, stay abreast of industry trends and changes, and attend all required training.
- Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture; encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
A-I
must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of (2) years experience as a leasing professional, administrative assistant, or bookkeeper in property management, real estate or related discipline, or (1) year experience as a supervisor in customer service, or relevant professional environment, or proven track record of meeting established goals.

- Ability to lease apartments and close the sale!
- Ability to convert traffic from phone to walk in, achieving goals set by the supervisor.
- Ability to work well with future residents, residents, and team members.
- Ability to keep accurate and neat records.
- Knowledge of office procedures, and clerical aptitude.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 2000.
- Proficiency in use of Jenark as it relates to job responsibilities within 60 days of training.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of general lease terms, community policies, and procedures.
- Goal oriented with regard to management objectives.
- Ability to perform simultaneous multiple tasks.
