Capital One is actively recruiting for IT Project Managers to plan and execute projects by developing project plans, maintaining project documentation and facilitating project meetings. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong ownership, diligence, and teamwork to ensure projects deliver on business intent. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of key project documentation, managing project budget, escalating risks appropriately, and communicating project status and issues to varying levels of management. Candidates must be able to work within a team and collaborate with a variety of partners and stakeholders that are both internal and external.

A proven track record of strong project management and demonstrated ability to quickly create structure to manage the work is a must. Assignments range from projects of various sizes, as well as ongoing, often evolving, work in small to large teams. Strong communication and partnership skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 Years Project Management OR Process Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, mathematics or statistics
- PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
