Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED


• 1+ year of medical experience, i.e. physician's office, clinic, and/or hospital setting


• 1+ year of customer service experience; i.e. interacting with internal/external customers


• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; i.e. Word - creating documents, mail merging, splitting screens; Excel - creating and maintaining spreadsheets; Outlook - emailing, calendaring, meeting invites, etc.
