Jobing Description

The Office of Promotional Publications is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the Graphic Design student worker position. This position will assist in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to:

se knowledge of current graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5) to produce graphic art and visual material for the university.

Produce graphic designs for readerboards, convocation slides, login slides, applications, brochures, advertisements, posters, billboards, flyers, and other publications.

Ensure all design requests are well designed and completed by deadline.

Work with internal customers for successful completion of projects

Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of all publications in a consistent manner and adhering to existing brand identity guidelines Perform other office duties as assigned.

Have understanding of various page layouts.

Keep regular office hours.

Work well with others, flexible in design strategies, reliable, and trustworthy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Be efficient with the operation of computer design tools including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Cs4. The student worker should have a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
