Shenandoah University Division of Nursing is pleased to invite applications for the position:

Full Time Graduate Faculty Position

The successful candidate will hold the following credentials: " Master of Science in Nursing and DNP or PhD in Nursing " Family Nurse Practitioner Certification

This twelve-month faculty appointment will be responsible for teaching in the graduate nursing program core and family nurse practitioner classes. Additional duties include monitoring and assisting with selection of clinical sites in which students are placed for precepted clinical hours. Experience in primary care practice as a family nurse practitioner is required and experience teaching at the collegiate level is preferred.

Shenandoah University is a private, co-educational, Methodist affiliated institution with a student body of approximately 3,600. The main campus is located in Winchester, Virginia, 70 miles west of Washington, DC in the picturesque northern Shenandoah Valley.

The Division of Nursing comprises over 400 students in the BSN, MSN and DNP programs which are held on our Winchester and Leesburg Virginia campuses.
