Description
Coordinate, track and evaluate learning offerings to ensure quality delivery and participant satisfaction. Reports to Manager level associate.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and act as subject matter expert for any learning management system issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and providers to ensure appropriate course availability, scheduling and delivery meets demands and expectations of participants.
- Track and evaluate training offerings and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources (training)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Psychology, Education or Human Resources
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources (training)
- 1 year of experience in Project Management
