Description
Develop small business sales and service model and develop and deliver enhanced sales process and tools.

Key accountabilities

-Design and deliver a best-in-class sales and service model for SB based on M&A's SB overall and channel strategy

Define and develop operating model, process, tools, tactics, and protocols and facilitate best practice sharing across channels

Define intent for SB sales learning agenda and communications

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of project management experience
- 7 years of Financial Services and/or Treasury Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Superior leadership and management experiences.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to effecitively manage and provide exceptional customer experiences in a matrix management environment.
