Director, Sales Performance Improvement Small Business-710106
Description
Identify and drive sales performance improvement, provide process and analytical intent and design and manage contests.
Key accountabilities
-Define SB sales reporting intent for local distribution
-Serve as customer for SB analysis to identify key sales levers and then develop strategies and tactics to improve SB sales performance
-Define, launch, manage and track sales contests/campaign, and recognition programs for small business
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of project management experience
- 7 years of Financial Services and/or Treasury Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Superior leadership and management experiences.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to effecitively manage and provide exceptional customer experiences in a matrix management environment.
